TalkToStopandShop Survey Eligibility Criteria

- You will be redirected to a different page for the survey. This page may provide instructions on what you’ll need to do, but we’ll also outline them here.
- Ensure you have your purchase receipt with you, as you will need the 20-digit PIN from it.
- Enter the 20-digit PIN on the page you opened earlier. Please note that you should apply for this sweepstake within five days of your purchase, as it will become invalid after that.
- Once you’ve entered the PIN, the survey will commence. It may also request your contact information, such as your email address, phone number, name, and address.
- Answer the survey questions honestly based on your experience.
